Dear Parents and future players,

Welcome to the Chicago Volleyball Academy! My name is Antonio Pavlov, and I am the owner and founder of Chicago Volleyball Academy Volleyball Club. The purpose of CVA is to provide volleyball players on the west Chicago suburbs with an opportunity to play for an elite, intense, competitive volleyball club that focuses on individual skill development.

I have more than  fifteen years of experience coaching volleyball, including six years at NCAA Division I Universities. Also I was Head Coach and co-director for one of the biggest Junior Volleyball Clubs in the state of Arkansas, “Little Rock Juniors”.  I have the knowledge and the experience working in both sides of the line. I know how to coach young players and I know how to prepare them for the next level – competing at the college and professional level.

Our philosophy is that players should learn and develop volleyball skills faster and easier in a friendly and fun environment and through practices which are oriented toward real game situations. We believe that every athlete is unique and we will conduct our coaching methods to meet these individual needs. We will adapt our program to meet and improve the individual’s skills and activities. Our staff and I will create an atmosphere which will help  players to become more confident and  build their self esteem and to transfer those qualities not only in the volleyball court but in the classroom and  real life.
